What makes Fontana candles different from traditional candles?
Our candles are MADE SAFE® certified, meaning they are free from toxins, synthetic fragrances, and paraffin. We use a proprietary blend of beeswax, coconut oil, and pure essential oils to ensure a clean burn that is safe for your family and pets.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Why does my candle have a wooden wick and how do I maintain it?
We use FSC Certified wooden wicks for a soot-free burn and a gentle crackle. To ensure the best flame, always trim your wick to 1/8 inch before every lighting and allow the wax to melt to the edge of the jar.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your scent! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unlit, unused candles within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Are your candles safe for people with scent sensitivities?
Yes. Because we never use 'fragrance' or 'parfum'—which are often catch-all terms for thousands of chemicals—and only use pure essential oils, many customers with sensitivities find our candles much more tolerable.
